Das conflict der Zeitpunkt, als unter meiner Federführung erste Lehrgangskonzepte für die Qualifizierung, d.h. citadel- und Weiterbildung, von Fachpersonal für diesen Wirtschaftszweig entstanden. So habe ich begonnen, in meiner Freizeit einzelne Lehrgangsmodule zu schreiben und einem Bildungsträger kostenfrei zur Verfügung zu stellen. Nichtahnend, dass für das Unternehmen daraus ein großer kommerzieller Erfolg wurde und die Programme marktseitig konkurrenzlos blieben. Aus ersten Modulen ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein ganzes approach aus modular aufgebauten Lehrgängen entstanden. Aus dem anfänglichen pastime wurde somit eine Berufung. [...]
